MemoToMIDI converts audio you record or import into MIDI entirely on your device.
Data collection
MemoToMIDI collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no servers, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking SDKs.
Your audio and MIDI
All audio you record or import stays on your device. It is never uploaded or shared by the app, and transcription runs locally using an on-device model.
The MIDI the app produces also stays on your device, with one exception that you choose. In the iPhone and iPad plugin, Add to Song saves the finished .mid file into your own iCloud Drive, so the host app and your other devices can reach it. That file goes to your iCloud account and nowhere else: there is no MemoToMIDI server, and nothing is sent to us or to any third party. The Mac app and the Mac plugin have no iCloud folder and never write one.
Microphone
MemoToMIDI requests microphone access solely to record audio you choose to capture. Recordings are stored locally and are never transmitted.
Third parties
MemoToMIDI uses no third-party SDKs, advertising, or tracking.
Children
MemoToMIDI does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
